ERASMUS+ ESPAÑA/POLONIA

 This Erasmus+ has helped me to learn a little more English, to communicate with people that I didn´t know in another language, also I to get to know new cultures and costums of other countries.

The first day (27 of November) we went to the MUDIC which was very interesting, because we can see the science in a fun way: 

    -We saw how the images reach our cornea;

    -In the museum they taught us how an image was reflected in different formats of a mirror; 

    -They showed us the Tesla coil. The Tesla coil is an electromagnetic generator that produces high             voltage and high frequency discharges (radio frequencies) with perceptible effects such as its ability to      ionize air or gas at a defined distance from it so that it can cause a low-energy bulb to turn on;    

    -They also taught us that if we put a pyramid on top of a image you can see in 3D.

    -We generate energy with the movement of a bicycle to be able to move remote controlled cars.

In the afternoon, we were able to enjoy an astronomical observation.

It was a very intense day

The second day (28 of November) we went to Murcia  and took a cultural walk, we visited the acuarium and we can see different aquatic animals. The visit was a very nice experience. 

After we visited the aquarium, we went to the science and water museum. We knew various aspects related to water, its properties and its importance as a supporter of life on our planet,

The third day (29 of November) we did a guided cultural tour of Orihuela; We were able to show our visitors the city of Miguel Hernández.

Orihuela is rich in historical monuments such as the Santo Domingo school (16th century, became a university), the Wall Museum (some excavations showed almost complete Arab and Christian homes, even a complete canvas of the Wall) or the Cathedral del Salvador and Santa Maria (a unique monument in the historical, artistic and cultural heritage of Spain).

The fourth day (30 of November) we traveled to the city of salt: Torrevieja.

We visited the interior of a submarine and we learned about life inside.

We visited the Torrevieja Natural History Museum. The Museum's collection has several sections: Mammals, Ornithology, Marine Invertebrates. Skeletons of bottlenose dolphins, collections of original and replica nests of 17 species of birds typical of the area, loggerhead turtles and marine invertebrates from the Mediterranean Sea. Also important is the collection of 300 species of marine mollusks and 20 corals. We found the collection of seahorses, godwits, dogfish, rajas, bream, etc. impressive.

The salt industry is very important for the city and in this place they show us the seafaring and salt essence, the emblem of the city. 

We finished the visit eating on its promenade, a very pleasant coastal and sunny environment.

The fiveth day (1 of December) This day was more relaxed, we were in the Palmeral of Orihuela and we learned its history.

We have played putting into practice everything we have learnt this week.

We completed the morning eating a very typical meal from our city: soup with balls......delicious!!!

My experience participating in the Erasmus project has helped me meet other people, learn things about my own city and to practice my english. My favourite day this week was Monday, because we introduced ourselves, we got to know each other and also in the afternoon we made cookies to gain more confidence.

At the moment I am really liking this experience and I would like to be able to repeat it.

Now Im going to talk about the week in general:

 On Monday we introduced ourselves and we went to the Mudic museum, I really liked the museum I learnt a lot of new things.

On Tuesday we went to Murcia to see a lot of museums and also we went to some shops, I had so much fun in the shops.

On Wednesday we stayed in Orihuela and we visited a lot of historical things, wich i thought they were very interesting.

On Thursday we went to Torrevieja to see a few museums and then to eat in La Zenia, I loved going to La Zenia because of the shops.

And finally on Friday we visited the palmera and we had lunch all together.

This week was amazing, I hope we can repeat it.
